Regular manufacturers, the requirements of the packaging box is also very strict, requiring no acidic substances, no chemical reaction, and some use hard transparent plastic vacuum packaging. Elegant packaging can improve the added value and value of products. Boxes and boxes are mostly marked with anti-counterfeiting marks. Commonly used laser, bar code, dark printing, etc. are very important when purchasing accessories.

Some small factories and handicraft workshops that manufacture fake and shoddy products have a common feature, that is, they adopt low-input predatory short-term business behavior, rarely invest technology and capital in the back-end process of products, and do not have such capital investment capacity.

Look at the specific surface treatment has the following aspects:

①, galvanized technology and electroplating process. The surface treatment of auto parts, galvanized process accounted for a larger proportion. General iron castings, forging castings, steel castings, hot and cold sheet stamping parts, such as most of the use of galvanized surface. The surface consistency of galvanized steel with poor quality is very poor. If the galvanizing process passes, the surface consistency is good, and the consistency between batches has not changed, with continuous stability. A discerning person can tell the difference between true and false. For other aspects of electroplating, such as black plating and yellow plating, the rust removal and pickling process handled by large factories before plating is relatively strict and the acid removal is relatively thorough. These processes depend on whether there is a pan-bottom phenomenon. Molybdenum plating, chromium plating and nickel plating can be seen whether the coating, plating amount and plating surface are uniform, so as to distinguish the authenticity.

②. Painting process. Now generally use electric dip paint, electrostatic spray paint, and some also use vacuum means and high-grade electrostatic paint room spray paint. The surface of parts produced by advanced technology is very different from the surface of parts produced by old and backward technology. ③ Electric welding process. In auto parts, shock absorbers, steel rings, front and rear axles, beams, car bodies, etc. all have electric welding procedures. The supporting factories of automobile factories with high degree of specialization mostly adopt automatic welding for their electric welding technology, which can be quantified, fixed temperature and fixed speed. Some also use advanced technology products such as low-temperature welding method, with neat welds, uniform thickness, no ripple on the surface and good linearity. Even spot welding, welding spots and welding distances are very regular, which cannot be achieved even with good manual operation.

High frequency heat treatment process. Auto parts products after finishing before high-frequency quenching treatment, so after quenching all kinds of colors are left intact on the product. For example, after the inner and outer ball cages of automobile universal joints are quenched, there are obvious black, cyan, yellow and white. The white surface is the friction surface and the surface with the highest hardness. Visual inspection, all black and colorless, certainly not high-frequency quenching.

The factory should be equipped with a complete set of high-frequency quenching equipment, including hardness, metallographic analysis and testing instruments and meters. It is difficult, has a large amount of investment funds, and also has the conditions for power supply, transmission and transformation equipment. The power supply is above 30000 volts. Small factories and workshops do not have these equipment conditions. Run

5. Look at the surface scars of the non-use surface

From the scars on the non-use surface of auto parts, it can also be distinguished whether it is a product produced by a regular factory or a product produced by an informal factory.

Surface scars are left in the intermediate process due to the collision of products. High-quality products are manufactured by advanced scientific management and advanced technology. The production of a part has to go through dozens or even hundreds of processes, and each process must be equipped with process equipment, including process transportation equipment and process placement station equipment. High-quality products are guaranteed by a high coefficient of process equipment, so it is impossible for the products of high-level factories to collide with each other in the intermediate process. It is inferred that products that leave scars on the product's non-contact surface must be inferior products produced by small factories and workshops.
