①, galvanized technology and electroplating process. The surface treatment of auto parts, galvanized process accounted for a larger proportion. General iron castings, forging castings, steel castings, hot and cold sheet stamping parts, such as most of the use of galvanized surface. The surface consistency of galvanized steel with poor quality is very poor. If the galvanizing process passes, the surface consistency is good, and the consistency between batches has not changed, with continuous stability. The surface of parts produced by advanced technology is very different from the surface of parts produced by old and backward technology. It can be seen by visual inspection that the former has a delicate surface, shiny, and bright color; while the latter has a dim color and no light, with bubbles and "nose dragging" on the surface, and it feels like sand when touched by hand. In contrast, the truth and falsehood are very clear.

③ Electric welding process. In auto parts, shock absorbers, steel rings, front and rear axles, beams, car bodies, etc. all have electric welding procedures. The supporting factories of automobile factories with high degree of specialization mostly adopt automatic welding for their electric welding technology, which can be quantified, fixed temperature and fixed speed. Some also use advanced technology products such as low-temperature welding method, with neat welds, uniform thickness, no ripple on the surface and good linearity. Even spot welding, welding spots and welding distances are very regular, which cannot be achieved even with good manual operation.

High frequency heat treatment process. Auto parts products after finishing before high-frequency quenching treatment, so after quenching all kinds of colors are left intact on the product. For example, after the inner and outer ball cages of automobile universal joints are quenched, there are obvious black, cyan, yellow and white. The white surface is the friction surface and the surface with the highest hardness. Visual inspection, all black and colorless, certainly not high-frequency quenching.

The factory should be equipped with a complete set of high-frequency quenching equipment, including hardness, metallographic analysis and testing instruments and meters. It is difficult, has a large amount of investment funds, and also has the conditions for power supply, transmission and transformation equipment. The power supply is above 30000 volts. 5. Look at the surface scars of the non-use surface

Surface scars are left in the intermediate process due to the collision of products. High-quality products are manufactured by advanced scientific management and advanced technology. The production of a part has to go through dozens or even hundreds of processes, and each process must be equipped with process equipment, including process transportation equipment and process placement station equipment. High-quality products are guaranteed by a high coefficient of process equipment, so it is impossible for the products of high-level factories to collide with each other in the intermediate process.
